Bigfoot Yak Face Mini (Prototype)
One of a kind.
Overview
This is the very first Bigfoot Yak Face Mini. I hand built this prototype with point-to-point wiring. This model is active rather than the passive production model, and features a beautiful 2 band tone stack. Unlike the production model, this features a built in buffer and can therefore be used anywhere on your pedalboard.
Sound
Inspired by the classic Princeton Reverb amplifier, this pedal provides an effortlessly smooth sweep through a huge range of tones. Bass frequencies can soar from tight to thunderous, and treble from warm to sparkling with ease. The sonic ability of this pedal will truly put all your existing tone controls to shame.
Features
This pedal utilises a vintage-style EQ which offers a sweeter, more natural sound than modern EQs, which tend to sound clinical and cold. The controls are effortlessly simple, yet deceptively powerful combined with our high quality analogue make-up gain stage. The result is a wonderful equaliser that has it all: excellent noise performance, beautiful analogue sound, powerful tone shaping, and a very intuitive interface.
