Bigfoot Trouble Booster XL
Our deluxe boost pedal (NOS Germanium).
Overview
The Bigfoot Trouble Booster XL is an incredibly flexible dual boost pedal with a plethora of modern and classic tones.
Sound
The pedal has 2 settings: the Bright mode is inspired by the vintage Greg Fryer and Dallas Rangemaster treble boosters, capturing the classic Vox AC30 Top Boost and Brian May (Queen) sounds. The Normal mode provides a wealth of fatter overdriven tones inspired by Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), packed full of rich harmonics.
Features
Although we still use hand picked NOS germanium transistors, we use negative ground wiring so you can integrate the pedal into modern pedalboards. The pedal also features our studio-quality full-frequency 16dB boost on a separate footswitch, enabling you to stack the classic treble booster sound with a fatter tone.
Applications
This is the perfect tool for getting a huge range of boost sounds from one pedal.
